A dear friend of mine texted me yesterday expressing her frustration with people never taking her seriously enough at work. As she puts it they wait til she goes "full on bitch mode" before anything gets done. I understand her pain. While responding to her it suddenly came to me. After quoting Machiavelli I followed up with, which I thought at the time, would be a fine example: "Y'see, Jesus did it all wrong. Moses got it right."
